Setting up a mailing list so no moderator approval is required (Anyone can post to list):

Go to the mailing list page in your control panel and click "Edit" for the appropriate list. Go to "Privacy Options".

Under the "General Posting Filters" section, make sure "Must posts be approved by an administrator?" is set to NO.


Setting up a mailing list so that moderator approval IS required (Only you can post to list) :

Login to your control panel, and go to the mailing list page. Then, click the Edit button next to the appropriate list. Go to the "Privacy Options" page.

Under General Posting Filters, make sure you have the following settings:

Must posts be approved by an administrator? YES
Restrict posting privilege to list members? NO
And in the text box below, enter your email address.
